Residential property refurbishment 17438 Wolgast Client: Diverse Design: ARK 2007 Floor space ~ 3 000 s qm Basic evaluation / Preliminary planning / Design planning/ Approval planning Conversion / refurbishment planning of apartment blocks at Lange Straße 10, Badstubenstraße 41, Burgstraße 4 and am Fischmarkt 3 in the heritage centre of the German town of Wolgast. In each case, basic appraisal and planning as well as coordination with the Regional Office for the Preservation of Historical Buildings with a view to converting the buildings, some of which date from the first half of the 18th century, into modern residences. In accordance with the clients wishes, small one-bedroom apartments were designed, larger units were only envisaged for the roof storeys.
