Pre-approval planning/ Realization and detailed project-planning
Transformation of a preserved commercial building, that is classified as a historical monument and complementary new construction to a health centre. Partial demolition of the former parking level (bikini floor) and complete removal of all inner walls.
New construction of the facades and the glazings in collaboration with the goverment authority for Conservation of monuments and historic buildings, according to continuance.
New building as a reinforced concrete construction with streets-sided mullion-transom aluminum facade system. In the neighbour building Rheinstrasse installation of personnel rooms and storerooms incl. lift as well as new production input area.
In the ground floor continuous retail trade surface, in 1.floor cafe with roof terrace, in the other upper floors medical practises.
