| A new construction of a single-occupier family house at a corner property in a northern suburb of Berlin. A spacious interpretation of a country house, which is
arranged like the letter L, incorporating the building’s form and organization.
The first floor features a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, which allows access to a garden in the south. The are guest rooms and a toilet. The basement
offers fitness facilities and a sauna with allows direct access to the garden. It also
features storerooms, a domestic room and a heater. On the second floor there is a sleeping room with a changing room, a bathroom and a study. The sleeping room and the bathroom are connected by a balcony made out of steal.
