| | Realization and detailed project-planning | | A complex of several residential buildings, each four to five storeys high, shapes the centre of a greater house grouping. Eighty-six flats and an underground car park are accessible from eight separate stair cases. The key elements of the front consist of brick and plaster surfaces, structured by projecting conservatories and balconies. The roof is partly planted with grass and has a terraced step design. Two inner courtyards with green areas and leisure spaces make it possible to reside undisturbed in a peaceful, quiet surrounding nearby the busy shopping centre. | | | | | |
