The five-storey administrative and manufacturing building of precast reinforced
concrete units was coated with an aluminium front that would allow air ventilation. At the back of the building, the premises were levelled down as to make room to a cafeteria and to manufacturing processes in the basement. The rooms open up against a usable terrace with its artificial pond. Another manufacturing space is distributed from the ground floor up to the second floor. There is an open office area with glassed-up gable walls underneath the Clarke beam supporting construction of the metal-tiled barrel roof. The building was partly financed by European grant aids. It received the Reinickendorf Builder-Owner Prize 2000 in the category for commercial buildings.
