Renovation of a bank branch which is accommodated on two floors within a
preserved building that was designed by Wassili Luckhardt. The new concept
of the entrance required the intense coordination with the local authorities for
the preservation of historic buildings. It was necessary to remove all inner
walls as to allow the various zones of function to be restructured in accordance
with both the internal guidelines of the bank and with legal workplace
regulations. The building was reconstructed in two stages while the bank
would maintain its business activities.
