This suburban detached apartment house was erected as a massive construction building with three apartment units on several open planes. As to keep the building’s energy consumption at a low level, the northward side was fitted with a relatively cohesive plaster front which covers the inward stairs and side rooms. On the southward side, the building opens up towards the garden with an extensive glass front and an open room structure. As the garden was partially levelled down, parts of the basement and of the extended metal roof can be used for housing purposes.
