Club house extension for the Zehlendorf Turn- und Sportverein
(Gymnastics and sports club), established in 1888: This is a massive-construction building that was financed with grant aids. It includes gym and exercise rooms, locker rooms, and sanitary facilities in the basement, while the administration and the club rooms are located on the ground floor. The upper floor accommodates the caretaker’s flat as well as training and youth rooms which are connected to the roof terrace. The new building is connected with the existing club house through an underground passageway.
